Cancellation Policy:

Please give 24 hours advance warning before cancelling. After this time, clients will be charged the full amount.

Safeguarding:

I have a current DBS certificate

Sessions should take place at a desk or table where both parties have enough space to feel comfortable.

Any items with personal information or valuables should be out of sight. 

Tutoring sessions should never take place in a bedroom.

Parents should always be within earshot and ideally also be able to see the tutoring session. It may be appropriate to leave the door slightly open. 

When emailing students directly about homework, I will always CC in the parent/guardian. 

If a child shows signs of abuse or discloses that they are being abused, I will pass this on to the appropriate authorities to investigate.
